Highlights of N Y Fashion Week !

Thanks to our inside bloggers at Global Grinde we're able to see the inside of Fashion Week. As the home of New York Fashion Week, Bryant Park is, to much of the world, synonymous with fashion.

At 4 p.m. at the MILK studios the wonderful Gwen Stephfani introduce her line, L.A.M.B. For Fall 2010, ladies can expect pieces that are quintessentially L.A.M.B.: youthful, bold and sexy. Poised to be a hit on the floors of boutiques, the collection will attract many and not just the punk girl set. Stefani’s use of silk jersey, wool, and prints for this season was an eclectic mix of “vintage, boudoir, military, fifties, sexy and futuristic.” A tailored military jacket donned and accessorized with great leather belts followed an amazing twill trench coat. The ever-present skinny jean was imprinted with houndstooth and Stefani showcased a sexily draped silk jersey dress with an abstract print.

Fashion Relief For Haiti/Naomi Campbell It started in 2005 to help the folks of Katrina, and Naomi brought it back again, to benefit those of Haiti! The event was styled by Rachel Zoe and hosted by Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson. The best part was the final look, a tribute to Alexander Mcqueen.
