Solange Knowles, 23, made a promise to her twitfans to chop off her hair. She wrote on Twitter: “I wanna cut all my hair off and fade (cropped hair) phase”. Although she cut her hair, she was seen a few hours early with a wig on , so maybe she wasnt to sure or too happy about the new "cut". P.S. they could have at least shape her up a little.
